You will need:
A ball, a bat, a stump, three cones
Place the stump and one cone 5 m apart.
12 m from the fence and cone, respectively, two cones are placed.
Two students compete against each other. One student stands next to the stump (with a bat) and the other next to the cone. The teacher (or a student) stands behind the fence and rolls a ball out towards the cone.
The student at the stump runs as fast as possible around the cone and picks up the ball and throws it towards the stump. It is about hitting the stump or getting the ball in to the teacher who can strike the stumps. For the other student, with a bat in his hands, it is a matter of running around the cone and back before the other student has stuck the stump.
